Moving On - Transition to Year 7
At Warcop CE Primary School our catchment secondary school is KSGS (Kirkby Stephen Grammar School). As we also have pupils who live nearer Appleby, some pupils will transfer to AGS (Appleby Grammar School). We have a good relationship with both schools and work hard together to ensure that pupils move smoothly from Year 6 to 7. Pupils in Year 6 will be given the opportunity to attend "Taster Days" and "Open Evenings" before making their secondary school choices.
